Ibi Eso Double-Finalist at Best Business Women Awards 2020

2020 silver award winner at Best Business Women AwardsBridgehouse’s Director Ibi Eso was a double-finalist at the Best Business Women Awards 2020 in the category Best Business and Best Boss.

The Awards were handed out at a virtual event on Friday 19 March, after being delayed by Covid-19 rules from a planned Gala in October last year.

The Best Business Women Awards were founded in 2015 by entrepreneur Debbie Gilbert. The awards are designed to recognise the achievement of women across a wide range of industries and are now considered to be one of the most prestigious awards for business women in the UK.

The Best Business Women Awards are specifically for female business owners who are making a real impact for their clients and any business woman based in the UK who runs her own company is eligible to enter. They are open to any business owner regardless of size – from sole trader to large companies.

Bridgehouse director Ibi Eso said: “To be nominated as a finalist in two categories is recognition of the phenomenal growth in company secretarial resourcing that Bridgehouse Company Secretaries has provided over the past 12 months. With the migration to a mix of physical and virtual boardroom governance, plus the need to manage companies with staff working remotely, we have experienced huge demand for our experts to help guide businesses through new work practices.”

Founder Debbie Gilbert said: “The entries came in from across the UK and was judged by a panel of business experts. To be a finalist is a major achievement. The businesswomen selected have been chosen for their business acumen, determination, creativity and tenacity. All our finalists are all shining examples of being successful entrepreneurs who have proved their success to our judges.”
