Our vision is to be the centre of excellence for corporate governance, providing flexible corporate governance services for a variety of organisations.
Bridgehouse Company Secretaries was founded in 2006 by trained Lawyer and Chartered Secretary, Ibi Eso, who recognised that a variety of organisations cannot justify the expense – or do not want the commitment – of employing a full time Chartered Company Secretary, yet most do not have the professional skills in-house that are needed to meet their statutory legal obligations.
What we do:
Our knowledgeable and experienced team of qualified Lawyers and Chartered Secretaries work in partnership with you to provide valuable support to your senior management team whenever required. We take the time to understand your goals and build long-term relationships. Our Company Secretaries can not only file statutory returns, take minutes of board meetings and draw up policies, but giving you added value, will also draw on their extensive experience to advise your board on governance issues.
Using our unique Good Governance Wheel, we start by conducting a review of your existing governance arrangements to identify priorities and make pragmatic recommendations to establish an effective governance framework for your organisation that works within your budget. As our experience spans both the public and private sectors, we are able to share best practice and hit the ground running.
A fully qualified Company Secretary can cost anything from £60,000 to £120,000 depending on experience – a figure that is out of reach for many organisations. By choosing Bridgehouse Company Secretaries you will benefit from the service of a multi-skilled, highly experienced professional with proven success and pay only for the support you need, when you need it.
At the heart of everything we do are our five key values. We are committed to:
- Succeeding without compromise
- Acting with integrity and professionalism

It is these values that makes Bridgehouse Company Secretaries altogether different, reflecting how we operate and conduct business all day, every day.
